How to use this website

This website offers the user several useful features using buttons and linked objects on a combination of panels, frames and layers of pages.

Navigation:

To select one of the Topic buttons or Features on the left panel (dark-blue),click the button. Pull down the left Scroll-bar to see more topics/features down the left panel. A click on any of the row of small buttons in the head-panel gives you direct access to the specified action. If upon clicking you get a panel that is totally empty or blank, please adjust the width of your browser window by one millimeter (wider or narrower) and your panel contents will show. This is purely a browser issue.

Clicking the globe or the big text in the header panel at the top of the page takes you back to our sites's home page.
